Think of neural networks like this.. You give inputs (for instance player.level > 100) and then you give a weight (for instance 10)
For each true input, it adds the corresponding weight to the current value its holding. At the end of all inputs, if the value is greater than a predefined threshold value, it fires the event associated with it, for istance, attack summon.
I hope you know, you will spend an eternity generating input data to feed to the network. Try getting a neural network to play Tetris and you will see that it takes a very long time for it to learn an effective strategy, none the less its an ambitious project, I like it a lot! Good luck!
