Yep.

Do you program? If so what language?
I've tried my hand at a few different languages and I have a good general knowledge when it comes to programming in general, but most of the time I work in Visual Basic. I'm not exceptional in any language but it interests me and I have been making steady progress (hence why I'm applying to be a moderator, and not a programmer at this point).

If you were accepted as a moderator, what would you like to moderate?
Graphic Design would be my preferred area. After that all I'd freelance over whichever sections required attention.

How often do you visit TP or how often did you visit TP when it was respectable?
Generally speaking I visit TProgramming every day.

What makes you a good addition to the staff, why would we pick you over someone else?
I'm pretty experienced and the 'job' is hardly new to me. I know where to draw the line and I guess I would be a pretty interesting and handy person to have on the staff. My activity is consistent and I also have a reason for doing things. I'm pretty level-headed most of the time and I'm desensitized to arrogance and stupidity members may or may not display (courtesy of my position at Tibiafans )

Do you have any experience in the position your applying for?
Yes. I've been a staff member of Tibiafans.com since June of 2006 when I was hired as a moderator. I was hired as a moderator of the Open Tibia and Graphic Design forums and now I am 'Head of Staff' (basically a global moderator who is at the 'head' of the staff).

Before it closed I was a junior moderator of OTRevolution.net for around half a year. I looked over the tutorial forums.

I've been a member of forum staff for numerous projects such as sot-rpg.com where I was a forum administrator (web and graphic design admin to be specific) and I designed forum skins for ot.tibiafans.com around a year ago.

As for the area specifically: I have been using Photoshop for around two years now as well as several other graphically-based programs and I have been recently embarking on web design projects. I have a lot of experience, and am continuing to progress in both of those areas.

What could you do or provide to the community if you were accepted?
An insight into web and graphic design and a helping hand wherever it was needed (and wherever I was able help).

I know little about you, but that's just me Who am I to say anything really.. This is a community and it's based on most people's opinion usually..

You dont have many posts but all posts you wrote are quality posts <it is huge [SIZE="6"][COLOR="Red"]+[/SIZE] since I hate ppl who spam and think that that they are cool cuz their post count is high>[/COLOR] You are polite (at least at posts i've seen ;P) and your english skill is good. You deserve moderator position (maybe some trial time idk)!

I do agree with what you said, and I forgot to mention that, Element hasn't a great amount of posts, however they have got good quality.

Well yea, I don't post just for the sake of posting. I realize that my post count may make me look like I'm inactive/new, but that's only because I post when I have something good to say (most of the time)

Whether he wish to mention his previous work (mod, f ex) or not - is up to him, however I'm going good for this guy, thought my opinion probably doesn't even count, since my rep/respect is low(?)

I know you guys probably don't care what I have to say, but I've worked with Element for a long time now and he's certainly up to scratch when it comes to moderation techniques and knowledge and he isn't posting politely specifically on this forum so as to heighten your respect for himself (he always posts like he has in this thread).

I think he'd be a valuable team member for you guys.
