As you know, besides donations, the only way TP can make money is through advertisements.

We've added some ads to the forum, and we'd like your feedback. We would really appreciate it if you could make sure you turn off your ad blocker for this site, as even if you don't click on the ads we can still get paid for displaying them.

Please tell us, are they too intrusive? Could they be placed in a better spot? Any other comments?

You are talking about google ads ?
They aren't intrusive - no popups, stupid animations etc. - only text.
It can be.

Yes, I mean the google ads that are already in place. Of course I tried to make them less intrusive while still making sure they will be seen and hopefully clicked.

My browser blocks the ads, didn't notice. They are not annoying in my opinion. Google ads are much better than banners and popups.

As I said in the first post, I realize many people use ad blocking software (I know I do). But for the sake of this site, we are asking that you disable ad blocking for tpforums.org. It would really help us out. Thanks!

Edit: Just wanted to let you know that they are already starting to pay off. We've already made $1.73 in a day or two. Hopefully we can make enough to where TP pays for itself!
