New toolbar layout & syntax highlighting

You may have noticed that we recently modified the toolbar layout for posting messages. The main changes were to remove unused features such as font and align, and to add in the new Code dropdown. Hopefully everyone will use this dropdown and we will see much more syntax highlighting. If there is a language that you need that is not in the dropdown, feel free to post it here.

I like the update except I hate having to re-login every time I visit the site, especially on my iPhone.

Also, I like seeing the 'Logged Out' page. Would be nice to be able to access it even when logged in. As of yet I can't find a way lol.

And Jo3, try cleaning your cookies and perhaps using another browser to test the issue of getting logged out all the time.
