Whats this IRC part of the tibia API? I dont feel too comfortable with this...

the irc(Internet Relay Chat) is a part were you can connect to a IRC server, open a IRC channel and talk to other people on that Channel :P (Like using mIRC but in Tibia)

And if you dont feel comfortable with it, Check the sources?
