Does anyone know a website host that allows php, files bigger than 1Mb, SQL?

I need a site for my new program and I tried to upload vBulletin to awardspace but it doesnt allow files bigger than 500K lol. Does anyone know a web host I can use to have a forum and my program downloads on it?
