I found in tibiaapi ( https://code.google.com/p/tibiaapi/source/browse/trunk/tibiaapi/Objects/Item.cs#139 ) it has possibility to look at item and I want to know, how can I make it so when I click button it looks at item in arrow slot?

You have two options. 1) Like TibiaAPI does, you can send a LookAt packet to the server with the correct arguments. 2) Traverse the GUI structure to locate the x,y position of the arrow slot on your screen and use SendMessage (Windows API function) to simulate a Shift+Left-Click (Look) at that location.
