They aren't hard to get, you simply have to unpack the PO.exe file using a MoleBox unpacker. There is a MoleBox unpacker script for the OllyDby script plugin that does the trick which I used before, I even posted this information back in January here, I simply didn't include any instructions as to the unpacking procedure or where to get an unpacker from.
I also posted instructions on a method of creating a MC without need for unpacking the client here.
