    It's possible that the executable is encrypted and/or packed. But if the class name is TibiaClient, what is the problem?

    You need to find out how it's encrypted/packed before you can commit edits to OTP.exe. Alternatively you could try editing the "TibiaClient" variable in the third-party software you're trying to use (odds are that executable is also encrypted/packed).
